- 1 package vegan crescent rolls, 8 ounces
- 2 links Beyond Meat Sausage*, cut into fours
- 1 Tablespoon plant-based milk*
Preheat oven to 375℉ and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.*
Cut the sausages or hot dogs into fours pieces. Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate along the perforated sections (should total 8 triangle pieces).
Place one piece of sausage or hot dog along the large end of the dough triangle and roll towards the narrow end encasing the sausage/hotdog piece.
Brush each piece with plant-based milk and place in the oven to bake for 10-15 minutes until the crescents appear a golden brown color.*
Serve with your choice of side dipping sauce!
*I used Beyond Meat Sausage for this recipe, but this can be substituted with your choice of vegan hot dog or sausage (Field Roast, LightLife, Impossible). See blog post above for more detail.
*I used Oat Malk Original milk, but any choice plant-based milk can be easily substituted
*Oven temperature and baking time may vary based on the brand of crescent roll dough used. Follow package instructions for specific oven temperature and baking time.
*Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Leftover can also be frozen. Reheat in the oven when ready to serve.
