In a jar or container (at least 8 ounces) combine all ingredients.
Stir well until fully combined.
Seal and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
Stir before serving. Add toppings of choice and enjoy!
*Optional toppings: sliced bananas, cacao nibs or dairy-free chocolate chips, shredded coconut, almond, peanut, or hazelnut butter drizzle, vegan whipped cream, crushed espresso beans, dusting of cinnamon or cocoa powder
*You can easily double or triple the ingredients to make enough for several days
