Preheat Oven – Set your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the Cheese – Cut each cheese slice into 16 equal squares to resemble Cheez-It crackers.
Bake – Arrange the squares on the parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving a little space between each. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Cool & Enjoy – Let them cool completely on the baking sheet before eating. They will crisp up even more as they cool!
*You can cut your cheese slices into larger or smaller cracker sizes as desired, however, this may affect baking time given the change in size of the cracker pieces
*If your crackers are not fully crispy after cooling, return them to the oven for 5 minute intervals until the desired crispiness is achieved
*Optional - Using a skewer or toothpick, poke a small hole in the center of each square. When I tried this, I found the crackers lost the center hole during baking, so I just omitted!
